Following Monday’s extensive maintenance, there have been issues with the Ankama Games websites. We endeavor to fix them as soon as possible and ask that you avoid making changes to your account information in the meantime.

If you are having trouble with your subscription or invalid pay-by-phone codes, please send a ticket to the Support, they will verify each one of the codes manually and help you regain what is rightfully yours.

With the migration, modifications were made to all Ankama Games accounts. Each account now has a single username (instead of 3, one per game) and your DOFUS nickname is now your global username. That is why some of you found your name changed on the Wakfu and Dofus-Arena forums.

The DOFUS forums were also inaccessible for a short period of time, but we have fixed the issues causing this and you should now be able to post on them as usual.
